Yes we do this is the only way that we can guarantee quality !

What is your procedure for reconditioning a box ?

All our boxes are reconditioned as follows.

1. Gearbox is stripped to component level

2. All Parts are Cleaned 

3. All old bearings seals and gaskets are discarded

4. All Components are inspected for wear

5. All Casings are checked for wear and damage

6. All components that are not of serviceable quality are discarded

7. The Unit is then rebuilt using new gaskets seals and bearings and any other parts that it may need.

Do you Give Warranty with your reconditioned gearboxes ?

Yes 12 months/12000 mile warranty for standard road applications subject to our terms and conditions
